Senior PPC Campaign Manager

The Ted Arison Family Foundation is looking for an experienced and passionate PPC Campaign Manager to join our Digital Marketing Department in Tel Aviv. In this role, you’ll lead campaigns that promote inspiring Vision Ventures like Good Deeds Day, Goodnet, and Essence of Life, driving awareness and engagement for meaningful global and local causes.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up, manage, and monitor performance-oriented digital campaigns across channels including Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Run campaigns on Taboola, Outbrain, and Google Grants.
• Analyze data using Google Analytics, BigQuery SQL and Tag Manager to optimize campaigns and meet goals.
• Conduct ongoing performance optimizations and draw actionable insights to improve results.
• Collaborate on initiatives that amplify social good and positive change.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing performance-focused digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics,  BigQuery SQL, Google Tag Manager, Conversion API (CAPI).
• Experience in SEO, familiarity with SEMrush (an advantage).
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset.
• Availability to work on-site in Tel Aviv.
