Technical Lead - IoT & Cloud Solutions

We're seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our growing retail tech company, leading our IoT and cloud solutions development team.

Role Overview:

Lead the development and integration of IoT solutions with cloud services (Azure, GCP), while managing and mentoring a development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and oversee IoT solution development and cloud integration

Lead and mentor development team members

Drive technical decision-making and ensure code quality

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature development

Manage project timelines and technical deliverables

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of technical leadership experience in IoT and cloud projects

Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Angular

Proven experience with MongoDB, Redis, and MSSQL

Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)

Solid understanding of IoT architectures and security practices

Experience in startup environments

Fluent in Hebrew and English

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Technical Stack:

Frontend: React, Angular, TypeScript

Databases: MongoDB, Redis, MSSQL

Cloud: Azure, GCP

Focus on secure development practices

Experience with Agile methodologies
