QA Incoming Materials and suppliers specialist

Unipharm is a fast-growing global pharmaceutical company, developing and manufacturing a wide rang of generic drugs.

We are looking for an excellent Incoming Materials Specialist to join our QA team.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming materials and manage supplier quality activities.

This full-time position involves:

* Suppliers’ qualification: Raw materials, Packaging materials, Sub-contractors

* Annual evaluation of suppliers

* Handling Quality deviations including writing complaints to suppliers, follow up on the supplier's investigation and performing risk assessment.

* Implementation of CAPAs, Effectiveness checks

* Initiate and promote signing of quality agreements

* Conducting suppliers audits

* Revise and create SOPs

* Issue protocols and accompany experiments in the production line

* Initiate and promote change controls

* Ensuring compliance according to applicable standards and regulatory requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

* Relevant B.Sc Degree: pharmacy/chemical engineering/ biotechnology engineering

* Fluent in English and Hebrew (verbal and written)

* Written communication must be clear, professional and legible

* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks, with attention to detail

* Ability to work independently

* Microsoft office (Word, Excel) skills

Advantage:

Experience in QA in a pharmaceutical or medical device company.

Familiarity with 21 CFR or Eudralex.
