Position: Facebook Ads Manager
Work Type: Full-time/Part-time (negotiable based on skills)
Location: Remote or in-office
Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience and performance
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns.
Analyze data and measure campaign performance to suggest improvements.
Monitor and report weekly/monthly results.
Collaborate with the creative team to craft engaging ad content.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year of experience running Facebook Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, algorithms, and performance metrics.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel is a plus.
Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently or in a team.
