Product Manager

A global Cybersecurity startup company is developing products to protect major websites from modern attacks, specializing in bot detection, account takeover prevention, and JS library protection. The company's solutions safeguard some of the largest internet systems globally, with an impressive client list that includes major international corporations.

The Israeli office is primarily focused on R&D, operating at very high scales with cutting-edge technologies. The atmosphere reflects the innovative and dynamic nature of an Israeli startup, with strong emphasis on personal growth opportunities and employee well-being.

Globally, the company has 400 employees, with offices in New York, Miami, and Tel Aviv.

The Israeli team consists of approximately 90 employees located in Tel Aviv near a train station and the light rail station. The company offers a hybrid work model with up to three remote workdays per week.

About the role

• This position involves managing the Bot Defender product, designed to protect Ecommerce websites from bot attacks.
• The product is a key solution used by industry giants with online stores, such as Walmart and Skechers.
• The role is primarily Inbound-oriented, with responsibilities including ownership of the product roadmap and collaboration with the R&D team in Israel and the sales team abroad.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience as a product management
• Proven background and experience in a technical role such as engineer or security researcher
• 2 years of experience in risk management, cybersecurity, or fraud
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery
• Experience driving and contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and product strategy
• Experience driving roadmap and feature delivery across multiple teams
• Can demonstrate a basic understanding of the underlying architecture of the internet
