Senior FP&A Analyst

The company partners with clinicians to develop innovative technologies that improve the quality of care for arrhythmia patients worldwide.

We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support the Biosense Webster FP&A team within the Finance department.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to work with business partners to understand progress of programs, manage financial commitments and collaborate cross functionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning (budget/forecast) for the company’s R&D projects and company’s departments

• Analyze company’s actual performance vs. Business Plan, including departmental costs, R&D projects, headcount, and capital according to JNJ requirements

• Accounting responsibilities including monthly/quarterly accruals and reporting to corporate

• Lead the Israel Innovation Authority and other governmental grants submissions, reporting and audits

Requirements:

• BA in Economics or Accounting

• A minimum of 5 years of finance/accounting or related business experience is required

• Candidate must possess excellent analytical skills (high capabilities with Microsoft Excel) and high communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and spoken)

• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Power BI is preferred

• Experience in a dynamic/global company, implementing process improvements, including working independently, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• • Experience in taking on leadership roles and partnering with associates at all levels of an organization in various functions
