Talent acquisition specialist - maternity leave

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us as a temporary replacement during maternity leave. This role will focus on managing end-to-end hiring processes, with an emphasis on technological roles, ensuring we continue to attract top talent during this period.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle hiring processes for technological and non-technological positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and create targeted job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, external suppliers, and professional networks.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support HR initiatives as needed, including employee onboarding.

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on technological roles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
