We’re Hiring: CAD Technician / Space Planner / Drafter to Step Into a Customer Account Manager Role

We're looking for a skilled AutoCAD Technician or Drafter to take on an exciting role as a Customer Account Manager.

What You'll Do:

✨ Be the face of our company for client accounts – providing exceptional support and building strong relationships.

✨ Train clients on our innovative software to ensure they maximize its value.

✨ Offer expert guidance and technical support, solving challenges and ensuring customer success.

✨ Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and resolve client needs efficiently.

✨ Drive customer satisfaction and retention – making sure our clients love what we do!

Who You Are:

✅ A skilled AutoCAD Technician/Drafter with a passion for technology.

✅ Someone with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset.

✅ A multi-tasker who can manage multiple client accounts with professionalism and care.

✅ Fluent in Hebrew and English – ready to support clients in Israel and globally.

✅ Able to work on-site in Petah Tikva.
