Human Resources Specialist – Recruitment & Onboarding

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to focus exclusively on recruitment and onboarding processes. In this part-time, on-site role, you will play a key role in helping us attract top talent and ensure seamless onboarding experiences. You’ll work closely with department managers and stay up-to-date with modern recruitment and onboarding technologies to enhance our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Recruitment:

• Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and craft effective job descriptions.
• Post job ads on relevant platforms and actively source candidates.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the recruitment process.
• Maintain a candidate database and provide timely updates to managers.

2) Onboarding:

• Design and execute a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Prepare and manage necessary documentation for new employees.
• Conduct introductory sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and culture.

3) Industry Trends:

• Stay informed about modern recruitment technologies and trends to optimize hiring processes.
• Research and recommend tools and platforms to improve recruitment and onboarding efficiency.

4) Collaboration:

• Partner with department managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
• Ensure open communication with managers to continuously improve the candidate and new-hire experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years in recruitment and onboarding, preferably in a tech or dynamic business environment.
• Languages: Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment platforms and tools.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Availability: Part-time (preferred) or Full-time, 100% on-site in Haifa.
