Travelling global medical device service engineer

Job Description

join a globally deployed medical device company and oversee servicing multiple customers scattered across the globe. Experience handling a combination of hardware, software & mechanical interoperability issues for hugely complex life saving equipment. Instruct local WW technical teams in troubleshooting and reproducing issues, devising workarounds, and escalating complex investigations for system issues in the field

Skills and Qualifications

An electrical/mechanical engineering background with thorough understanding in handling embedded and windows-based software.

Ability to balance frequent travel with multiple trips to distant destinations in the East-east and the US – MUST

Ability to communicate in English with customers and provide inputs to service instructions.

Perform Service Validation on new SW/HW changes
