Cambium is seeking a talented and experienced Director of Research and Development to join our team in Dimona. As a leader in the technology industry, Cambium is at the forefront of web-based, cloud, and AI development.
Job Description:
* Drive our technological vision and lead our engineering teams.
* Own the entire project lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
* Select the most suitable technologies to deliver innovative solutions.
* Design scalable and robust architectures.
* Mentor and guide our engineering teams.
* Define and execute our technology roadmap.
* Promote knowledge sharing and career development within the organization.
* Collaborate with sales and product teams.
Requirements:
* Proven experience of 5+ years leading technological projects or teams.
* Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Deep understanding of web-based, cloud, and AI technologies.
* Strong architectural design skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
