About the Role

We seek an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead and grow a talented engineering team. In this hands-on role, you will guide the development of impactful solutions while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, spanning two domains, each with a dedicated Development Lead and Product Manager.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including product, marketing, and data teams, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Take ownership of the team’s roadmap: define priorities, set goals, and oversee timelines.
• Implement best practices to ensure high performance, stability, and scalability.
• Lead hiring and onboarding processes to grow and strengthen the team.
• Foster a supportive team culture, focusing on collaboration and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫.
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Experience in leading end-to-end product development, from architecture to deployment and maintenance.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Javascript, Go, Ruby, Node.js, Python or Java
• Familiarity with web frameworks such as React, Angular, Ember.js, or VueJS.
• Strong interpersonal and mentorship skills with a results-driven approach.
• Experience working on SaaS platforms with a large global user base – an advantage.

Our offices are in central Tel Aviv, and we work 4 days from the office, 1 day from home.

This role reports to the Director of R&D.
