Business Intelligence Team Lead

We're looking for a skilled BI Team Lead to shape the future of our data-driven decisions and guide a talented team of analysts and engineers.

Your Impact:

• Build a data-driven culture and act as a data advocate across the organization.
• Define key business metrics, identify data needs, and create insightful dashboards and reports.
• Drive BI projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience leading a BI team, with a strong background in analytics.
• Hands-on experience with optimizing data pipelines in the Google ecosystem, including tools such as BigQuery and Looker.
• 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry- A big advantage!
• Strong analytical and business understanding, with the ability to interpret and address complex business challenges.
• Proficiency in querying, analyzing, and presenting data insights to various stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• BSc/BA degree is a plus.
