Infrastructure Operations Administrator

The Plarium IT department serves as the beating heart of the company, driving its growth and evolution. It plays a pivotal role in enhancing organizational efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic initiatives for implementing cutting-edge information technologies, maintaining the internal corporate infrastructure, and managing production systems.

Responsibilities

• We are seeking an open-minded, service-oriented, hardworking, and professional Infrastructure Operation Administrator to join our IT team in Israel.
• The role includes managing IT cloud cross-systems, handling various projects, and addressing tasks and tickets submitted by office employees.
• A strong understanding of automation is essential, particularly with platforms such as Make, Zapier, and Automate*, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• On special occasions, the position may also require providing support for Helpdesk tasks and resolving tickets submitted by office employees.
• As a member of the Infrastructure Operation Administrator team*, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s core virtual and physical infrastructure, cloud production systems, and networking. Your primary goal will be to enhance the stability and performance of IT systems, including platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, and O365.
• The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in complex and dynamic global IT environments and expertise in diverse system solutions. Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, securing, troubleshooting, and upgrading various operating systems, servers, and core systems.
• This role requires close collaboration with global IT teams and involvement in all infrastructure-related aspects. Additionally, you will serve as a Tier-2 support for Plarium employees and the IT support team.

What we expect

• At least 5 years managing IT systems in a global company.
• Microsoft Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft core services, including Microsoft Entra ID, MS Intune, DNS, DHCP, and M365.
• Cloud Systems: Strong expertise in administering, maintaining, securing, and troubleshooting remote production systems on Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS). Proficiency with backup and recovery solutions such as Veeam.
• Networking Skills: Hands-on networking experience, including installing and maintaining network components such as switches, Wi-Fi equipment, and firewalls.
• Availability: Willingness to provide support outside regular working hours as needed.
• Experience with Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace administration.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, and Terraform.
• Expertise in no-code automation platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier).

Desired

• Experience with macOS management and Jamf tools (Jamf and Jamf Connect).
• Familiarity with monitoring systems such as Grafana and Zabbix.
