Job Description

• Provide support, maintenance, and ongoing operation of hardware and infrastructure in a Microsoft environment, including Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), and Exchange.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and resolve hardware-related problems with computers and workstations.
• Operate and maintain data communications equipment, including routers, switches, modems, and encryption devices.
• Maintain and support enterprise information security systems, including Firewalls (FW), Antivirus (AV), Network Access Control (NAC), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).

Job Requirements

Education

A bachelor's degree (B.Sc. or B.A.) in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Acceptable alternatives include:

• A bachelor's degree in any field, along with at least 200 hours of advanced coursework in computerized information systems.
• A practical engineer diploma in Computer Science or Technology.
• Candidates without the above-mentioned academic qualifications who have completed at least 300 hours of advanced coursework in Information Systems.
• Former IDF personnel and/or members of the Israeli security forces whose professional experience involved relevant technological fields, subject to providing appropriate documentation.

Professional Experience and Technical Skills

• At least one year of proven experience in the relevant areas of the role, including Microsoft infrastructure, hardware, networking, and information security.
• Knowledge and experience in supporting, maintaining, and operating infrastructure in an Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows Server environment.
• Knowledge and experience in hardware troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware issues.
• Proven knowledge and experience with information security systems, including Antivirus (AV), Network Access Control (NAC), Firewalls (FW), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Familiarity with and hands-on experience operating communications equipment, including routers, switches, modems, and encryption devices.
