Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive the recruitment processes of our organization, ensuring we attract top talent to meet our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate and drive recruitment policies, strategies, workflows, and projects 🎯

- Oversee the entire recruitment process and implement recruitment systems 📊

- Develop annual workforce plans and manage recruitment budgets 💼

- Job description creation and effective vacancy advertisement across multiple media platforms 📣

- Collaborate with placement firms and manage diverse recruitment channels 🌐

- Conduct candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection processes, including feedback provision to hiring managers

- Utilize digital platforms and social networks for candidate sourcing 💻

- Provide professional guidance to managers throughout the recruitment process 🧑‍💼

- Conduct training for managers on recruitment and interview techniques 📚

- Professional management of recruitment coordinator (not direct management) 👩‍🔧

Position Details:

- Full-time position located in our Tel Aviv headquarters (near the former Dolphinarium) 🏢

- Monthly salary of NIS 18,000 with additional perks including free parking, subsidized meals, and more 🚗

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree required; relevant field is an advantage 🎓

- Proven experience in recruitment processes, preferably in a medical or similar organization 🏥

- Proficiency in the Adam Total recruitment system is crucial 🛠️

- Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing self-driven tasks 🤝
