Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Experience in managing employee benefits
• Personnel Management expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Previous experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
