Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring smooth workflows and coordination of projects.
• Possess a foundational understanding of sales processes to support project management tasks effectively.
• Oversee and manage both existing and new deals, ensuring ongoing tracking and updates in collaboration with the sales department.
• Perform data analysis on demand and generate comprehensive reports for management to support decision-making.
• Develop and deliver presentations for quarterly and mid-year reviews that summarize company performance, key business trends, and data insights.
• Manage payment tracking and processing while ensuring renewals are handled efficiently in coordination with the finance team.
• Lead contract handling processes by collaborating with the legal team, managing legal documentation, and maintaining communication with company lawyers.
• Collect and consolidate information from various internal departments (Security, IT, Support, Delivery, Marketing) to complete customer questionnaires and inquiries effectively.
• Oversee the commission-tracking process for sales teams, working closely with the Finance Department to ensure accuracy and timely payouts.
  
  

• Proven experience in coordination work, project management, and basic sales operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret data systems.
• Excellent presentation-building capabilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work across departments and communicate effectively with teams such as Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT.
• Fluent English – Must
• Proficiency in monitoring financial operations, including payments and commission tracking.
