Senior Billing & Collection Specialist

Deloitte - The world's leading and largest firm for consulting and accounting services is seeking a Senior Billing & Collection Specialist.

What will you do:

• Guidance and ongoing support for billing & collection team coordinators.
• Initiation and management of cross-functional projects.
• Issuing fee invoices in Hebrew and English for the firm's clients.
• Monitoring and reconciling account data with the financial system.
• Tracking issued invoices and providing regular reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Ongoing collection from the firm's clients, responding to client inquiries about invoices, handling complex cases, and problem-solving.
• Managing work routines with various work interfaces as well as with senior functions within the firm.
• Conducting regular meetings with management teams, driving action, and performing analyses.

Your skills & experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role - a significant advantage.
• Service orientation, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to work in a team.
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, including the ability to conduct meetings.
• Previous experience in process implementation and management - an advantage.
• Proficiency in Office programs, particularly Excel (data processing and analysis capability).
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Ability to work with multiple interfaces.
