Business Development Director

A global company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Director to join its team. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer, this role involves building and managing strategic partnerships, with a focus on MSPs, MSSPs, ISPs, and Cloud Providers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and growing global alliances and driving strategic business initiatives in emerging markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing key partner relationships while actively developing new ones.
• Identify, propose, and establish strategic partnerships, focusing on MSPs in emerging markets.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging markets to identify growth opportunities.
• Recommend new services and markets to drive business expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with marketplace vendors.
• Create business plans for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Oversee the execution of new business initiatives, managing them from inception through growth phases.
  
  

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development or technology alliances, preferably in the cybersecurity sector.
• Demonstrated success in building alliances and go-to-market (GTM) programs with MSPs, MSSPs, ISPs, and major cloud providers globally.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy development.
• Exceptional strategic planning and financial acumen.
• Ability to think big-picture while focusing on actionable outcomes.
• Proven experience in lead generation and management.
