We are looking for a talented Visual Brand Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at creating complex visuals, mastering design tools, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of design projects, driving them from concept to execution.
• Develop and maintain Rise’s brand identity, creating cohesive and engaging visuals across all formats.
• Create visually stunning designs that balance complex content with clear, compelling layouts.
• Collaborate with teams across the company to align design with business goals.
• Stay curious and constantly explore new tools and technologies to improve your craft.
• Maintain and evolve a consistent design system for all assets.
• Experiment with motion design, 3D, or animation to elevate visual storytelling (if applicable).

Requirements:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Expert-level knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator; experience with 3D or animation tools is a big plus.
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, and design hierarchy, especially when working with complex content.
• Self-motivated and passionate about learning, with the ability to independently explore new tools and techniques.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
• Great communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail at every step.
