Junior Designer – AVOD / CTV

Play.Works the leading Publisher and Distributor of Creators on Connected TV is looking  for a creative Junior Designer to join our design team and create visual content for AVOD channels across CTV platforms.

You’ll work on a variety of creators and content channels, combining strong design skills, creative thinking, and AI-assisted workflows.

• Design key art, promotional posters, channel icons, thumbnails, and app assets
• Develop visual concepts based on creators, audiences, and channel themes
• Adapt designs for different CTV platforms, formats, and specifications
• Use AI creative tools for ideation and production
• Create and prepare SVG and production-ready assets
• Research visual references and trends
• Collaborate with the design & video teams to refine and improve work based on feedback

• 2 years of professional design experience
• Strong Adobe Photoshop skills
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google Flow
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking
• Good understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Experience working with SVG and digital assets
• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple design tasks
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills

Nice to have: Experience with streaming, entertainment, gaming, YouTube, CTV, AVOD, FAST channels, and Monday.com.
