About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel with 4-6 years of experience, including work at law firms in high-tech departments and in-house at security startups. The ideal candidate will provide legal advice on various commercial and corporate matters, with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and a strong focus on high-stakes enterprise deals with Fortune 500 customers.

Your responsibilities:

What You'll Be Doing

• Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, partnership agreements, and service-level agreements (SLAs), with Fortune 500 customers and partners.
• Enterprise Deal Advisory: Provide strategic legal advice on high-value enterprise transactions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, data protection laws, and corporate governance.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess legal risks in commercial relationships, advising on risk mitigation strategies, including limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution clauses.
• Regulatory Compliance: Advise on and ensure compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), industry-specific regulations, and cybersecurity-related legal frameworks, particularly in engagements with large, regulated enterprises.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance and revenue operations teams to support negotiations with enterprise customers and ensure legal alignment with company goals.
  
  

• 4-6 years of legal experience in high-tech law firms and in-house at cybersecurity or tech startups
• Strong experience working on commercial agreements with Fortune 500 customers
• Expertise in SaaS agreements, enterprise-level negotiations, and data protection regulations
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally with executive teams
• Ability to navigate complex legal landscapes in a fast-paced, startup environment
