As Elementor’s Technical Customer Experience Specialist, you will be part of our advanced technical response team, working from our on-site call center in Israel.
This is a full-time in-office position (5 days a week), where you’ll provide technical support to our global customer base via phone calls, emails, and chat. You will receive comprehensive technical training in Elementor’s technology and products to help web creators around the world.
You’ll play a key role in triaging (reviewing, analyzing, and resolving) technical issues reported by users, using cutting-edge tools and technologies. This is an advanced-level technical role with room for professional growth and an opportunity to master industry-leading tools and practices.
We are looking for experienced Elementor users who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative support environment.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Elementor tools – Must
Experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript – Must
Familiarity with web servers, hosting, cloud services, and SaaS – Must
Experience using browser inspection tools and debugging techniques
Knowledge of PHP or other coding languages – Advantage
Background in web design or development – advantage
Understanding of web application functionality
Excellent analytical skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to clearly explain technical processes over phone, chat, and email
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Strong team player who thrives in an office-based call center environment
Must be able to work on-site, 5 days a week in our Israel office (this is not a hybrid role)

Deliver high-quality technical support to Elementor users via phone, email, and live chat
Triage new customer issues and determine the best path to resolution
Collaborate with other departments and team members to improve customer experience
Stay up to date with Elementor’s evolving technologies and features
Master internal tools and become a technical support expert
Maintain high availability and responsiveness in our call center environment
Provide proactive support and guidance to customers using Elementor’s tools
Share customer feedback to help improve the platform and internal processes
Continuously improve your technical knowledge and customer service skills
