Spider Solutions is looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join our dynamic and tech-driven support center in Rosh HaAyin.
🔧 Your Role:
First-line customer service via phone and email
Managing and prioritizing incoming service tickets
Coordinating schedules and tasks for security and tech experts
Handling ongoing communication with clients – scheduling installations, service calls, and projects
Administrative operations: reports, task tracking, and more
🎯 What You Need:
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., Technical Support Shift Manager or Help Desk)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity or IT – an advantage
High-level English – spoken and written
