Sales Development Representative

Job Description

AngloRecruits has a customer in the AI Space for retailers that is looking for a Highly motivated Sales Development Rep (SDR). As a SDR you will play a critical role in accelerating the sales growth and significantly impacting the company’s overall success.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential leads through various channels
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs and challenges, and effectively communicate how customers solutions can address them.
• Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to set up meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.
• Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for lead generation and appointment setting.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related field.
• Proven track record in generating high-quality leads and successfully setting appointments.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Work US hours from Israel office
• English at a mother tongue level
