Software Product Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented, motivated, and experienced Software Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with our engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver ever improving product functionality to benefit our users and to meet business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our primary property management application, and with a direct impact on the Home365’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision:
• Understand and help evolve the product vision and its roadmap
• Communicate product features and how it aligns with our goals as a business.
• Conduct market research to better understand customer needs, our competitive landscape, and emerging trends in Proptech.
• Gather, articulate, and prioritize product requirements from our various stakeholders
• Product Development:
• Work with our engineering and our business teams to define product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring delivery within scope.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to create a user-friendly experience.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Be the meeting point between cross-functional teams
• Mitigate stakeholders’ expectations through clear communication of product updates, timelines, and goals
• Be an advocate for the user, and ensure the product meets needs and expectations.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Define key product metrics and monitor performance against goals.
• Analyze data from product usage and customer feedback to make informed decisions for future improvements.
• Use analytics tools to track user behavior and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Go-to-Market
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve our go-to-market strategies.
• Assist our Training team with their planning for product launches, including documentation, SOPs, webinars, and customer communications.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer pain points
• Continuously refine product features.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitors

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 4+ years of experience in software product management, preferably in SaaS, B2C, and mobile applications
• Track record of managing the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Ability to generate clear user stories and specifications while always removing uncertainty and replacing guesses with facts
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of product management principles, including Agile methodologies, RICE, MoSCoW, and Starting with Why.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Above average English as a second language (English as first language – a plus)
• Ability to analyze tradeoffs and optimize outcomes under constraints of time and capacity
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, FIGMA).
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
