Recruitment Manager

The Recruiting Manager will play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategies and driving the hiring process across various departments. This role involves direct involvement in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. You will work closely with department heads and HR leaders to ensure we attract and retain the best candidates, fostering an efficient and positive recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-On Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and define role requirements. Guide them through the recruitment process and provide regular updates.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and other key metrics.
• Candidate Experience: Create a positive candidate experience, maintaining professionalism and clear communication at every stage of the recruitment process.
• Employer Branding: Help build the company’s brand as an employer of choice by promoting a positive workplace culture and employee value proposition.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on recruitment best practices and trends, continuously improving processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring they are meeting their targets and developing professionally.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hiring for multiple roles and departments.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Personality: Strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
