Technical Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing technical and operational issues raised by customers and internal business teams. This includes researching and resolving issues in collaboration with R&D, product, data, and business teams. We are looking for a technically proficient professional who can take full ownership of support activities, ensuring seamless end-to-end issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of customers' business needs, identify their pain points, and provide tailored solutions using the company’s product portfolio.
• Investigate technical issues, identify potential solutions, and provide efficient and accurate feedback.
• Manage and execute technical aspects of third-party integrations as well as frontend integrations of the company’s products on customers' webpages.
• Lead business, operational, and technical discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role, such as Operations/Technical Support Engineer, Professional Services, or Technical Project Manager or a similar role.
• Familiarity with SQL and Excel.
• Experience with HTML and JavaScript.
• Strong familiarity with website development tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts in an Internet environment (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS).
• Excellent technical skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex system and application flows, identify root causes, and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Advantages:

• Previous experience in the online advertising industry is a significant advantage.
• Hands-on experience in software programming or shell script development.
• Familiarity with the AdTech industry, including leading SSP and DSP platforms, as well as protocols such as VAST, VPAID, and RTB.
