Job Description

CyberArk is looking for an experienced IT Business Solution Architect that is a strategic thinker and technical expert responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative technology solutions that address complex business challenges.

This role requires a deep understanding of both business processes and IT systems to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Business Analysis:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, pain points, and strategic objectives
• Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for technological solutions
• Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
  
  

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure IT solutions that meet business requirements
• Create detailed architectural blueprints, including system architecture, data architecture, and application architecture
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to implement solutions
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
  
  

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT teams
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions
• Oversee the development and testing of solutions
• Manage the technical aspects of IT projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  
  

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences
• Present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Build strong relationships with business and IT teams
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT on large enterprises, with a strong focus on solution architecture, systems analysis, and design – A must
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage)
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Familiarity with security best practices and standards
• Industry-Specific Knowledge and experience of working closely with RnD groups - Significant advantage
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian infrastructure maintenance (JIRA, Confluence) - Significant advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High English proficiency - a must
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies
