Marketplace Success Manager

Fiverr’s Marketplace Talent Team is seeking a dynamic Marketplace Success Manager to drive growth and success among our top-tier freelancers .This role focuses on understanding the unique needs of Pro freelancers, guiding them as they onboard, and empowering them to achieve their first sale and long-term growth on the platform.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused professional with a genuine passion for helping freelancers thrive. They are a proactive problem solver, skilled communicator, and engaging presenter. As a key contributor to nurturing Fiverr’s high-quality talent pool, this team player will help elevate the Pro program by fostering freelancer success and creating impactful connections.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Host two weekly group onboarding sessions to present Fiverr's platform and answer freelancers questions.
• Act as a dedicated point of contact for new strategic freelancers during their first 8 weeks, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct 1:1 onboarding demos, ensuring freelancers feel comfortable navigating the platform and leveraging its features.
• Assist freelancers in understanding the benefits of Fiverr and support their growth on the platform.
• Monitor progress and achievements, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Strategic freelancers.
• Track and report on onboarding success, freelancer performance, and SLA adherence.
• Analyze freelancer behavior and feedback to continuously improve onboarding and management processes.
• Proactively communicate platform updates, new product features, and initiatives through webinars, newsletters, and other channels.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-4 years in customer success, account management, or related roles; experience with onboarding processes is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; strong presentation abilities; proficiency in G Suite and Salesforce preferred.
• Data ORIENTED
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Familiarity with the gig economy and digital marketplaces; a passion for freelancers' success.
• Ability to work non-conventional hours to align with freelancer time zones, particularly in the US.
• Strong skills in translating data into actionable insights.
