User Acquisition Manager

A dynamic B2C gaming startup in Tel Aviv is seeking an ambitious and skilled Senior User Acquisition Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding gaming company and make a meaningful impact on the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hands-on management of large-scale campaigns across various marketing channels, including Facebook, Google, TikTok, DSPs, Offer-walls, and others.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the mobile gaming industry, including publishers and marketing partners.
• Develop, refine, and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth.
• Stay informed on the latest marketing trends and best practices, integrating new insights and data to continually enhance our marketing messaging.
• Plan and manage high marketing budgets, setting up and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually engaging assets.
• Work closely with the product team, BA, BI, and other cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and analyze marketing data to assess the effectiveness of content and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop efficient growth processes and ongoing relationships, identify new opportunities, and plan, test, and implement new customer acquisition channels.
• Conduct market research and analyze user behavior to uncover new trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager or Media Buyer in the gaming industry.
• Proven ability to lead projects with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
• A sharp and creative thinker with a passion for marketing.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, capable of analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Strong initiative and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel is required; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
