Full-Stack Developer for Membership-Based Digital Platform MVP

About the Project:

We are building an MVP for a membership-based digital platform designed to serve a niche, creative-focused market. The platform will provide access to curated content collections, secure asset delivery, and robust operational tools. Currently in stealth mode, the project aims to disrupt an untapped sector by delivering a high-quality, scalable solution leveraging AWS services and off-the-shelf integrations.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop the backend infrastructure using AWS Amplify, Lambda, S3, and Rekognition to automate workflows, secure file management, and enable metadata tagging.

• Build a responsive frontend using React.js or Next.js, focusing on intuitive user experiences.

• Implement subscription-based access controls, integrated with tools like SubscriptionFlow or Stripe for seamless subscription management.

• Set up workflows for content submission, watermarked previews, and pre-signed URL delivery for secure downloads.

• Integrate with operational tools such as Monday.com and Zapier to manage content, user activity, and contributor tracking.

• Test and QA all components to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience.

• Strong expertise in AWS services (Amplify, Lambda, S3, Rekognition, OpenSearch).

• Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and related frameworks.

• Experience with subscription-based platforms and secure digital asset delivery.

• Familiarity with integration tools like Zapier, Monday.com, and Stripe.

• Knowledge of database systems such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.

• Ability to deliver scalable, modular solutions within tight budgets and timelines.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SubscriptionFlow, Chargebee, or similar subscription management tools.

• Familiarity with building digital platforms that include advanced search and metadata tagging.

• Passionate about designing and delivering creative-focused platforms.

Project Scope and Budget:

• Phase 1: Trial project focusing on the backend setup and implementation of key features.

• Phase 2: Full development of the MVP, scaling from foundational infrastructure to a feature-complete platform.
