Senior Product Manager – Software Engineering Intelligence

TeamUP is a big-data Software Engineering Intelligence Platform that is designed to empower software delivery teams to continuously improve, by turning data generated throughout the software development lifecycle (code, user stories, pipelines, scanning tools) into insights and optimization tools.

We’re helping 1,000+ R&D teams in AT&T to continuously improve while developing products for dozens of millions of customers to use.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define PRDs, take part in developing the product roadmap in alignment with the product objectives and desired key results.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, customer success, marketing, other Product team-members and other cross-functional stakeholders to build, train and ship a high-quality product.
• Perform ongoing analysis and research of product analytics, customer requests and industry trends to define the roadmap, to ensure we generate value for our users and drive KPIs for an on-going product success.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a product manager in an Enterprise SaaS company – a must.
• Background as a Software Developer or as a Product Manager of a Developers’ Tool – a must.
• Experience in defining user experience, creating wireframes, and directing the UX/UI team – major advantage.
• Proven experience in successfully leading a product or a significant domain within a product, end-to-end, both inbound and outbound.
• Experience working in agile development methodology, building, and prioritizing product backlog and defining MVP.
• Ability to design and ship products with customer empathy.
• Ability to see the big picture and dive into details when necessary.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management skills; Must have strong English both verbal and in writing.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders – R&D, UX/UI, Customer success, etc.
• Passionate, hungry, with a strong passion for enhancing team productivity.
