Role Overview:

We are looking for driven, results-oriented Telesales Professionals to join our growing team. The role involves engaging potential clients over the phone, introducing them to our unique English learning solutions, and closing sales. You will be a key part of our sales team, promoting our high-quality English programs that are tailored to individuals' learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Effectively communicate the benefits of Tachles Anglit’s personalized English programs
• Identify client needs and offer suitable program options
• Manage and nurture customer relationships
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up on potential leads

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in telesales or field sales (mandatory)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• English proficiency (advantageous)
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment
• Experience in the education sector or language learning field is a plus
