Account Executive

Job Description:

SIT is looking for a talented Account Executive with a strong sales background and expertise in Data, AI, and Business Intelligence (BI) to join our innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market
• Identify client business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and technical support.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a sales role, Account Executive, or similar position (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of sales processes and client management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Full proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with the B2B market.
