BI and DWH Team Lead

The MIS Analytics Team is part of the Business Applications department and is responsible for delivering analytics solutions to internal users across various domains, including HR, travel, finance, security, attendance, and legal. The team comprises three BI developers and a team leader, working in collaboration with other MIS teams, such as development and integration teams.

• Lead the BI team, providing technical and professional guidance.
• Design and maintain DWH architectures, including ERD creation, ETL processes, FACT tables, and dimensions.
• Analyze BI systems, gather requirements, and deliver architectural solutions.
• Develop and enforce unified work methodologies and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align analytics solutions with business needs.
• Build work plans and manage the team’s day-to-day operations.
• Evaluate and implement advanced tools and technologies to improve analytics capabilities.
• Coordinate with software vendors to ensure smooth integration of solutions.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in team leadership – required.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in DWH and ETL system analysis – required.
• At least 2 years of practical experience with visualization tools – required.
• Proficiency in Power BI – required.
• Strong SQL and stored procedures skills – required.
• Experience with PL/SQL Oracle – an advantage.
• Familiarity with ETL tools:
• SSIS – required.
• Data Factory – an advantage.
• Knowledge of Python – an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile methodology – an advantage.
