We are seeking an experienced PPC Campaign Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other key channels, with a specific focus on app-based campaigns. This role involves developing, launching, and optimizing PPC strategies aimed at driving app downloads, user engagement, and conversions. Additionally, a part of this role includes running lead generation campaigns for recruiting purposes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in app promotion, using data to maximize budget efficiency and boost performance across mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives, ensuring accurate performance tracking and continuous improvement.*

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PPC strategies across multiple platforms, including app-focused channels;
• Set up and optimize new and existing campaigns;
• Test and refine ad copy and creative assets for optimal results;
• Monitor budgets, adjust bids, and leverage data to achieve maximum ROI on mobile campaigns;
• Track campaign pacing to meet KPIs within the budget;
• Provide in-depth analysis and data-driven insights to improve campaign performance;
• Run lead generation campaigns for recruiting;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution from planning to launch;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and act as a resource for best practices in PPC.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC management, with strong expertise in Meta and Google Ads, especially in app-based and lead generation campaigns;
• Proficiency in app tracking and optimization such as Adjust, AppsFlyer;
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach;
• Highly organized, responsible, independent, and self-motivated;
• E-commerce experience required;
• Proficient in English and Hebrew languages.
