Recruiter- Temporary & Part time position (50%)

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Recruiter to join us on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave (6-8 months).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting top talent, particularly Algorithms Researchers and Software Engineers.

This role requires someone with deep industry knowledge, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing.

Source, attract, and engage highly skilled Algorithms Researchers and Software Engineers through various channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, placement agencies and etc.

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically in hiring for Algorithms Researchers and Software Engineers in a fast-paced startup company.

Strong sourcing skills with expertise in utilizing multiple recruitment tools and platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Knowledge of industry trends and an understanding of technical roles and requirements.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
