We are looking for dynamic and experienced talent acquisition partner to play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's growing needs. Acting as a strategic advisor, this individual partners closely with hiring managers, leadership teams, and other stakeholders to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full life cycle of the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
• Develop tailored sourcing and recruitment strategies to meet hiring objectives efficiently.
• Leverage data-driven insights to refine and improve recruitment processes.
• Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company’s culture, values, and mission.
• Provide timely and constructive communication throughout the hiring journey, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in R&D fields.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
