Senior Product Manager (Freelance)

We are currently launching our Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and initiating our GTM plans.

Backed by a highly experienced CEO and CTO, along with a talented team of development engineers, we are on an exciting journey to reshape the market.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building exceptional products. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping our social marketplace platform and bringing our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, milestones, and timelines. Prioritize product backlog items based on customer feedback, business value, and strategic goals.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design,

marketing, and sales to ensure alignment on product goals and to facilitate smooth product development cycles.

3. User Experience Oversight: Collaborate with designers to ensure a user-centered approach in product

development. Gather user feedback through usability testing and iterate on the product design accordingly.

4. Feature Specification and Writing Requirements: Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) that

outline functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features.

5. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on product development status, gather input, and

align priorities. This includes creating presentations or reports for leadership.

6. Performance Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success post-launch. Analyze data to guide future product decisions.

7. Iterative Improvement: Continuously: gather and analyze feedback post-launch to make iterative changes and

refinements to the product, ensuring it meets evolving market demands and user needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a product manager in social and commercial B2B and B2C applications, particularly in startups or fast-paced environments.

• Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Agile methodologies.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage cross-functional relationships.

• Innovative Mindset: A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for developing cutting-edge products.

• Leadership: Strong organizational and leadership skills to drive product initiatives from conception through to launch.
