We’re looking for our first Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the RevOps function from the ground up and make a direct impact on our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Management: Maintain and optimize the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and usability for the sales team.
• Sales Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards to track pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and performance metrics.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and design workflows that enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
• Enablement: Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure reps have the tools, training, and materials needed to succeed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment across the customer journey.
• Forecasting and Strategy: Assist in developing data-driven revenue forecasts and providing actionable insights to leadership.
  
  

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Looker).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and pipelines (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A process-driven mindset and passion for improving operational efficiency.
  
  

• Experience with sales tech stack tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, or SalesLoft).
• Understanding of revenue forecasting models.
• Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.
