Position: Import Freight Forwarding Specialist (Full-Time)

Location: Haifa / Ramat Gan

Job Responsibilities:

- Professional end-to-end management of sea import shipments

- Preparing quotations and shipment pricing

- Opening and managing shipping files in the system

- Tracking and coordinating with shipping lines

- Maintaining ongoing client communication and status updates

- Working with international agents

- Ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations

- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations

Job Requirements:

✓ Mandatory Freight Forwarding experience

✓ Fluent in English 

✓ Significant advantage: Knowledge of Unifreight system

✓ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding

✓ Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management software

✓ Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment

✓ Excellent responsibility, precision, and interpersonal skills
