Maintenance Manager

We are hiring a Facilities Manager – Global Hi-Tech Company

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s facilities.

Managing and guiding teams of electricians and maintenance staff.

Leading collaboration with an external management company on a large-scale building relocation project.

Providing technical oversight for the company’s facilities, including buildings, laboratories, and equipment.

Liaising with company leadership both locally and internationally

What are we looking for?

Technical expertise: Certification in electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, or construction.

Proven experience in a similar role within global organizations.

Fluent English: Exceptional written and spoken skills, including drafting professional documents.

Advanced Excel skills: Proficiency in data analysis and report creation.
