Back-End Team Leader Ruby on Rails

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 4 back-end developers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with the Product team to define project goals and ensure smooth delivery of features.
• Oversee code reviews, ensure adherence to best coding practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the back-end technical authority, solving complex issues and guiding architectural decisions.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software by maintaining strong development processes.
• Build a collaborative, innovative, and supportive team environment.
• Provide strategic input on technical solutions and system architecture improvements.
• Proven experience as a Back-End Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
• Expertise in Ruby on Rails at least Rails 6.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and people management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive leadership approach.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, leading teams through sprints and product iterations.
