Back-End Team Leader

An innovative technology company is seeking an experienced Back-End Team Leader to oversee and mentor a team of four developers. This role involves leading technical efforts, ensuring timely and high-quality feature delivery, and collaborating with the Product team to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical authority, ensuring adherence to best practices and providing guidance on complex technical challenges. While not a hands-on coding role, a deep understanding of back-end technologies is essential.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of four back-end developers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
* Collaborate with the Product team to define goals and deliver features effectively.
* Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices, driving continuous improvement.
* Serve as the technical authority for the back-end team, guiding architectural decisions and solving complex issues.
* Maintain and enhance development processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
* Foster a collaborative, innovative, and supportive team environment.
* Contribute to strategic decisions regarding technical solutions and system architecture improvements.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Back-End Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
* Expertise in Ruby, Python, SQL, AWS, and Linux.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins for automated deployment processes.
* Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures, including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and people management skills.
* Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive leadership approach.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud orchestration tools.
* Background in Agile methodologies, including leading teams through sprints and product iterations.
