About the job:

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our success and enable our growth by hiring excellent people for multiple domains in our core business. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes recruiting and candidate experience, has a deep understanding of in-depth interviews, is innovative and driven by challenges and data.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process, focused on our business domains
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Source a diverse technical pipeline using traditional and non-traditional channels to identify the best talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs
• Conduct in-depth F2F HR interviews and hire top-notch candidates
• Build a strong talent pool for key positions, develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns
• Use data and build strategic plans to meet hiring plan in terms of quality
• Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition in high-tech industry
• Proven experience in managing hiring processes E2E
• Proven experience in conducting in depth interviews
• Highly passionate about recruitment
• Collaborator and a team player - an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• B.Sc. in Human Resources, Behavioral Science or equivalent
