Role Overview
The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing top-level administrative support, managing strategic projects, and ensuring the seamless execution of executive operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal abilities to facilitate coordination between subsidiaries, corporate headquarters, and key stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in supporting the CEO and Volta management , ensuring the execution of the company’s strategic plan, improving operational efficiency, and fostering executive alignment across global teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Project Management
- Oversee Volta's strategic plan and it's cross-organizational projects from planning to completion.
- Track timelines, budgets, and milestones to guarantee project success.
- Identify risks and obstacles and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
- Work closely with Volta's global executive team and department heads to drive strategic initiatives.
- Creative Problem Solving: Leverage analytical skills and a thorough understanding of the organization’s operations and goals to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Act as a facilitator to bring together the right stakeholders to forge effective solutions and to clear bottlenecks that impede organizational progress.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement systems to track the success of strategic processes.
- Serve as the CEO’s right hand, ensuring continuous follow-up on all Volta's Objectives & KPIs.
- Oversee the execution of executive decisions and ensure effective implementation.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for Volta's CEO and BOD.
- Prepare executive meetings, including agenda development, documentation, and follow-up on decisions and action items.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA – An advantage.
Professional Experience:
- Experience in a similar role or managing global cross-organizational projects.
- Proven experience working with senior executives and supporting decision-making processes.
Technical Skills & Languages:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
- Fluent English (business communication proficiency).
- Initiative & Assertiveness – Ability to make decisions and work independently.
- Emotional Intelligence- excellent Interpersonal Skills, Strong collaboration, managing relationships and influence across the organization.
- Change Management- ability to manage and guide the organization through changes initiated by strategic decisions, which is vital for ensuring that new initiatives are implemented smoothly and effectively.
- Strategic & Detail-Oriented Thinking – Balancing high-level initiatives with operational execution.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities – Extracting insights from complex data.
- Discretion & Integrity – Handling confidential information with high ethical standards.
- Self-Management & Execution – Prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and proactive reporting.
- Flexibility to work after conventional working hours and travel abroad.
