Senior Product Manager - Fintech

• Define and refine the payments platform's functionality, building roadmaps and feature specifications to enhance performance and usability.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Design teams to ensure product requirements are well-defined, achievable, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and seamless integration.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to shape the product roadmap and strategy.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate product success and guide iterative improvements.
• Champion the customer experience by implementing feedback loops, conducting usability testing, and addressing needs across web, Android, and iOS platforms.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
• Partner with QA and Engineering to resolve production issues and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech or payment orchestration.
• Solid understanding of payment processing technologies and relevant industry regulations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret product data and drive informed decisions.
• Experience in creating and maintaining detailed product documentation and plans.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively and influence team members.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences across various platforms and devices.
