Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager at HYBRID, you will lead the development and execution of social media strategies that enhance our clients’ brand presence and engagement.

You’ll manage social media campaigns from planning to implementation, optimizing content across various platforms to meet marketing and branding objectives.

• Develop social media strategies that support the clients’ branding and engagement goals.
• Create and schedule engaging content regularly to encourage audience interaction and increase followers.
• Manage daily social media activities including posts, stories and responses to comments.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media activities, making data-driven adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive social media presence that complements other marketing activities.
• Produce and deliver reports on social media activity, offering insights and plans for future improvements.
• Stay updated with trends in social media.

• At least 3 years of experience in social media management or a related digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
• Excellent content creation and writing skills, capable of crafting engaging and clear content.
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to track metrics and interpret data for strategy adjustments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to manage multiple social media channels effectively.
• Creative, with a strong interest in digital storytelling and following social media trends.
• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
